About
Decoupaged clutch.
This is my first How-To project. I hope you guys enjoy it. It's not very complicated, but I think it turned out pretty nicely. It's currently my pencil case at school and I get tons of comments on it. :D

Step 1Gather all you materials together. You will need Mod Podge, a paintbrush, scissors, an old clutch, (or anything, really. Whatever you want to use is fine.)and an old newspaper or magazine or something. (I used an old script from a play I was in.)Also, you can get any decorative materials that you want like glitter, ribbon, or whatever. I used a few buttons.

Step 2Cut out lots of little pieces of the newspaper or script or whatever and begin to affix the pieces to the clutch with the Mod Podge. Brush some Mod Podge onto the object, and then put down the piece of paper. Go over that piece with a coat of Mod Podge. Overlapping is good.

Step 3Once it's all dry, you can add some finishing touches. If you're adding buttons, you'll probably want to hot glue them on, since the Mod Podge probably won't make them stick well enough. Thanks for reading my first How-To!
