My friend got this plush bear but didn't know what to do with it. So I thought of attaching elastic straps with velcro on both arms so that she can tie it to her steering wheel in her car. (she doesn't like the doll to be dangling in the car) All you need to do is pick your favorite plush that sits around your house =) Very simple and easy.

Stitch 2 elastic bands inside each arm. You don't need to have the bands a long length, approximately 2.5 inches is fine. After all, it is elastic, it can be stretched.
Fold the velcro in half and attach onto the ends of the elastic bands, like a sandwich.
The ham is the elastic band, the buns are the folded velcro.
Now you can attach your plush to your steering wheel!
*You might need to do minor adjustments since every steering wheel is different
Tips: I also turn the bear head a bit to the side and stitched it in place so that the bear will face towards you when it is tied to the wheel.
