This is the most delicious and easy ricotta cake you will ever try!
For this amazing Ricotta Cake you have to:
1. For the dough: Mix the butter + sugar, then add the eggs + baking powder. Knead and when is ready put it in the fridge for 30 minutes
2. For the filling: Beat the egg whites. In another bowl mix all the others ingridients. After this add the egg whites.
3. Put in a mold 2/3 of the dought, then the filling and finally the rest of the dought. Cook for 40 minutes in medium tempetarute
This dessert is eat cold!
