Yay!! My first how to! Nothing special. Just a little pear pincushion plushie thing (: Hope you guys enjoy!!
For the face there is a lot of options! You can do whatever you like. I just cut out shapes from felt and hot glued them to the piece. It's so much easier! Sometimes I just draw the mouth on. Either way, it looks totally cute!!!!! Oh and the size is really up to you. My finished pears were about 4 1/2 inches tall and 2 1/2 inches wide.

Step 1Okay first thing you wanna do is get all your supplies together that way you're not running around the house looking for everything later! (:

Step 2Next, on green fabric or whatever color your pear is going to be, draw your pattern. Do this twice........

Step 3And you will have two pieces like this! I also went ahead and cut out two eyes and a mouth. You don't have to do this. You can also draw/paint them on OR not put a little face on at all! You can also cut out a little leaf and steam to sew onto your pear.

Step 4Next step is to sew the little guy together. Get the little stem you cut out and pin it in place. You wanna put the right sides together and sew leaving a small opening to flip it right side out.

Step 5Now that it is all sewn you wanna stuff it! Really pack it in there!

Step 6Now sew the bottom up!

Step 7Now that it is all sewn up, add the eyes, mouth, leaf and maybe even some little rosy cheeks. For this I just used some blush and applied it with a Qtip.
For some of them I glued a ribbon so you can hang them anywhere like your car mirror! Endless possibilities!
