My peasant blouse is a variation of the "Prairie Blouse" featured in Anna Maria Horner's book, Seams To Me.

I shortened the sleeves and added single-fold bias tape on inside of sleeve to form a casing for elastic. I also added a large ruffle bottom for more length and something different.

I will make more of these for her school wardrobe.
