Choose a simple jumper, you can try this with a t-shirt or even a cardigan.

Gather your beads (plastic pearls), preferrably an array of sizes; large, medium and small
I picked these up for about $2.50 a bag. -

Place your beads, stagger it down the body (many at the top, less towards the end)
Add more...You can do it in this style or even just around the neckline.
It's up to you! -

Take a photo of your layout for reference!

Use a needle and matching thread to stitch the beads in place, secure it twice so they will not fall off and tie. Repeat for the rest of the beads
