This is made of: old cheap belt (cut), satin ribbon (wrapped around), attached magnet closure & a piece of pearl necklace.

Cut a piece out of the belt that has the size of your wrist.
Start wrapping the ribbon around it, using a hot glue gun for start & end.
I also used the glue gun to glue on the pearl string

This magnet closure had clasps on the back, though I glued them on too for security.
