Peanut Butter Chocolate Cups

Tasty and easy to make peanut butter chocolate cups.

  1. Step 1

    Step 1

    Before you begin, get your cupcake cases ready. I used mini ones and placed them in a cupcake tray to give them more support.

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

    Break the chocolate in to a measuring jug and place in a pan of boiling water until it melts. Stir continuously so that the chocolate doesn't burn.


  3. Step 3

    Step 3

    Spoon the chocolate in to the case and smear up the sides so that is creates a nice thick coating.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

    Leave to set.


  5. Step 5

    Step 5

    Fill the cups with peanut butter, smooth off, sprinkle with sugar and leave to set. Yum!

Thanks everyone. I made an alternative version of these where I spread melted white chocolate on the top of the peanut butter and let it harden - it makes it even tastier.
