You Will Need

Step 1Spray & Lightly flour a loaf pan

Step 2In one bowl combine dry ingredients:
2 cups flour
1/3 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt -
Step 3In another bowl combine wet ingredients:
1 egg
1 cup milk
3/4 cup peanut butter (I recommend extra creamy, but any kind will do) -
Step 4Next pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix, it will be lumpy & thick... Don't worry you're doing it right.

Step 5Pour into prepared loaf pan then put it in a preheated 350 degree oven

Step 660 minutes later take it out!!
let cool in pan for 10 minutes
It will slide out with no problems.

Step 7Cut off a piece
put some jam on it
