1/2 CUP CHUNKY PEANUT BUTTER
i used smooth
1/2 CUP PACKED BROWN SUGAR
1 1/4 CUP QUICK COOKING OATS
1/2 TBP. BAKING SODA

Step 1
In a bowl, cream peanut butter & brown sugar until fluffy.
Beat in egg.
Add oats & baking soda.
Mix well. -
Step 2
Drop by TBSP~fuls 2 in apart on greased cookie sheet.
Flatten slightly.
Bake at 350 for 6~8 mins. MINE cooked in 6 mins FAST!
Cool & eat!

I used just the regular on the shelf full of junk kind. next time i'am using the chunky kind of peanut butter.

i just tried it...I used natural pb and it was really dry..I added 2 Tbsp of butter and 1 tsp of vanilla and it had a better consistency. I like the idea... thanks!
