I'm not even sure just how these came about.. I'm not even going to pretend that I know what I'm talking about ahaha <3

I Mixed all of the ingredients in a bowl, and poured little mounds onto the cooking sheet (about 1tbsp each). I had the oven preheated to 250*F for about 5 minutes, and once in the oven, I let them bake for 10-15 min. at 300*F.

THEY ROSE! and turned into mounds of yum. Once cooled, I added some of the left over grated apple on top for more yum and served with milk :D They are awesome, and I'm super proud.. so fluffy OwO!
