Step 1Before you begin, get your cupcake cases ready. I used mini ones and placed them in a cupcake tray to give them more support.

Step 2Break the chocolate in to a measuring jug and place in a pan of boiling water until it melts. Stir continuously so that the chocolate doesn't burn.

Step 3Spoon the chocolate in to the case and smear up the sides so that is creates a nice thick coating.

Step 4Leave to set.

Step 5Fill the cups with peanut butter, smooth off, sprinkle with sugar and leave to set. Yum!
( there will be a lot of 'testers' )
