Sweet & salty peanut butter and pretzel brownies.
I love peanut butter so I went nuts (excuse the pun) and used a whole jar of it for this recipe

Step 1Whisk together the butter, half of the peanut butter, sugar and eggs.

Step 2Whisk in the flour and cocoa.

Step 3Mix in a handful of pretzels.

Step 4Spoon your batter into a greased baking tray and then place the remaining peanut butter on top, spreading in into the brownie mix and creating a marbles look on top.

Step 5Bake in an oven at 200'c for 18 minutes and leave to cool. Cut into squares and enjoy!
