You Will Need

Step 1
Attach the peacock feather pendant/earring to the jump ring by using the pliers to open a hook made of either a paper clip/jump ring/wire

Step 2
Thread the ribbon through the hook and close the hook into a ring using the pliers.

Step 3
Tie the necklace around your neck and you're done!
