This is what the end project will look like, but if you don't want to use of have shrinky dink paper other small knick knacks or "rings" will work too. Hope you enjoy!
1
Draw a Peace Sign onto a piece of Shrinky Dink Paper. (I used black so you could see the image better, but I recommend you use silver to make it look more authentic. You can use any color)
2
After cutting out the Piece Sign, thicken all of the lines because the paper will shrink. (The sharpie is there to show proportion sizes, but you can make it bigger if you want to.)
3
Cut out the white "insides" of the circle. Be careful not to rip through the lines.
4
This is what it should look like once it comes out of the oven. (At 350 degrees for 2-3 minutes. While in the oven it will start to curl. You'll know when it's done when it uncurls and flattens out and becomes smaller)
5
These are called "loopers". In case you don't know what they are, they are the stretchy, colored cloth bands. They are the closest to the original material that are used to make these types of bracelets.
6
Choose two of your desired colors. You will need two because you will be putting on band on each side of the Peace Sign. (I switched my color band halfway through which is why the bands are blue in the final picture.)
7
Knot one looper on each side of the Peace sign. The two ends of each looper should be sticking out like the picture.
8
This step is optional. You can string beads onto the bands if you like. Once you have added the beads, know the four ends (Two for each side) together and secure it tightly.

I hope this helped you and that you enjoy your bracelets. If you'd like to, leave a comment about the bracelets or if you have any suggestions to help you understand the project better. If you make any, post them up so I can see!=D Thanks.
