Create a waterproof, spillproof and lovely picnic blanket of your design, all for about $10 and an hour of your time.
You Will Need:
- an inexpensive painting canvas dropcloth or a vinyl shower curtain liner
- masking tape
- spray paint in the color(s) of your choosing

Tape off a design of your choosing for your picnic blanket. Cross-hatch, chevron or stripes are all easy and lovely.

Spray your blanket with your desired spray paint color. Carefully remove tape once dry and enjoy all summer!
