Patchwork Cushions

All sewn up
 <  Image 1 of 3  >

I used bodged a pattern in The Impatient Patchworker. I already had the cushions but wanted to make some matching covers to go with the quilt I had made (also in the picture). I got in a bit of a tizz with the sizes of the patches (since my cushions did not match the ones in the book) but with some 'creative' adjustments, I managed to make them fit. The difficulties were caused by my inexperience (this is my first machine-patchworking) and not by a fault with the pattern.

I love the rainbows with the green couch. Must brighten up your day just looking at it. (=

When I found the fat quarters I used to make the quilt and cushions, I knew they would look great on our futon in our spare room. Glad you like it!
