This skirt was designed and sewn by hand by my granddaughter, Ella. She is 12. After she sewed it together by hand, I sewed it on the sewing machine using a buttonhole stitch around each patch. I then serged the hem and sewing on black lace with silver dots.
She designed and crocheted the belt too.
