  • How to bead a glass bead bracelet. Pastel Alphabet Bead Bracelets - Step 1
    Step 1

Use your ruler and scissors to cut your stretchy cord to 10 inches. Decide on a colour scheme and a phrase for your bracelet. Lay out your beads next to the ruler to measure how many beads you will need to cover about 6 inches.

    Step 2

I like to lay out the alphabet beads in the middle, and then create a symmetrical design with my other beads on each side. The other beads I used included glittery plastic hearts and stars, plastic heart beads with small shiny gems in them, faux pearls, and some random coloured plastic beads - you can use whatever you have on hand though!

Thread your beads onto the cord, tie two double knots to join the cord as close to the beads as you can get. Add a dollop of superglue to the knot to prevent it untying. Wait until the glue is dry, and your bracelets are ready to wear!
