I'm italian, so when i went abroad i meet alot of restaurants that call themselves "Italian" and that pretend to cook the italian food in the italian way...well i'll teach you how to have a really italian disch without spending money!

  1. Step 1

    Step 1

    Take one half onion and a segment of garlic. Cut the onion into thiny pieces with the bacon.
    Take a pot put some 3 big spoon of oil in it and began to cook it.
    when the oil make small bubbles drop the onion, the garlic and the bacon.
    Let it cook at low fire, and don't burn it!!Drop a little of wite wine wile cooking.

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

    Prepare another pot with wather and salt(it depend on the quantity of pastas, for 1/2 kilo drop about 4/5 big spoon and taste it if it's too salt) and let it cook till it boil.
    Take the eggs and work them up with a little of salt and black pepper.


  3. Step 3

    Step 3

    When the wather boil drop the pasta and let it cook thil it's ready,
    then drain it and drop the past on the pot with the garlic the onion and the bacon, while it's cookind drop also the eggs and cook it for few aeconds till the aggs are ready.

  4. Step 4

    Add a lot of pecorino and ta daaaathe carbonara it's ready!!!
    Pay attention: bacon, pepper, and pecorino make your pasta really salt so don't use a lot of salt!
