Put some water to boil with some salt.
Take another pot and drop in 4/5 big spoon of oil and let it cook till it make some small bubbles. -
Put some spaghetti to boil in the pot with water.
Add the garlic pieces, the chili pepper, some squized caper and some sardine make into pieces to the oil.
Pay attention: don't make it burn!USE LOW FIRE -
When the pasta it's ready, drain it and drop it nto the pot with the oil, the garlic, ecc, let it cook for few seconds..and you have your delicious pasta!
