1. 

   okay start of with putting 500g of flour and 4 eggs in a bowl. and mix altogether, you should get a nice dough.

2. 

   

   now this takes a while o_O but you will need to Knead this for 10 min to make it as soft as a babies bottom! ^^
   also add a dash of oil just to make it softer!




3. 

   leave for five minuets or more with a damp tea towel over the top
   
   

4. 

   

   now you can either use a pasta machine or a rolling pin-
   
   pasta machine- get your dough and roll it out a bit so it will fit through the machine! put some oil in the machine the make the dough go through smoother. then place on the back of a chair or on a coat hanger till you have done the rest then put it through the spaghetti part of it and put on the coat hanger again to dry for 5 mins
   
   hand- get your dough and roll roll roll! then do the newspaper test and check wether you can read the newspaper through it! if you can then it is done if not carry on rolling! one that is dont cut in to thin strips and place on coat hanger to dry for 5 mins!




5. 

   

   to cook the pasta boil up a pot of hot water and add a pinch of salt place in your spaghetti and cook for 2-3 mins.
   
   

6. 

   

   take out and drain- serve with tomato sauce or just butter!
