You'll need three styrofoam spheres, each one for the head, the wings and the body.
I used two of the same size for the head and the wings, but you can use a bigger one for the head (it looks really cute). -
Cut the bigger one as the picture depicts.

Do the same for the others (the bigger part from the left one will be the head,the two extremes from the right one will be the wings).

Glue all the pieces.
-
With a piece of cardboard make the tail and glue it.
-
Using the crêpe tissue paper make the feathers and cover it.
-
Use cardboard for the beak, beads for the eyes and decore with everything you like!
