Draw 4 circles on the paper then cut them

Now you have this

Now stick two circles together

Like this

put the circles on self adhesive paper and Cut boorishly all around without removing the protective paper

then remove the protective paper and stick the circle on it on the both side of the cirle

Cut it around the circle

Drill a hole with the compass

Put the iron wire in the hole

Then make one buckle with the iron wire

Finally redone the second buckle with the iron wire and you have your earrings!
