tak whatever color you want as your background and cover your canvas you will have to do this abought 3 times

take your pts and pans and youse a pencil to stencil them into any desighn you want but remember to leav a space for the notches. and to have a smaller circle on the middle of the bigger circles to make it look like a gear.

know paint these circles with the respective colors you have chosen, then yousing a mideum paint brush and dabbing it around the circle with the color your want to make the notches make them each the size of the paint brush apart.
