I saw the drawing at this site:

And someone mentioned a shirt, so I decided to make it into a shirt.

I put the image in photoshop then resized it and deleted the notebook paper lines. I printed it out and put it inside the shirt, then I just traced it with fabric paint =)

If you do this, make sure to use a stiff paint brush. Otherwise, the bristles fan out and you can't get a thin line.
