This is a very creative project. You can also add your own colors and make it unique.

First follow the steps from http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/plastic_bottle_flower
Until Step 2. -

Then you can start painting. Go from the center then outwards.

After the paint is dry you can Start adding designs.

I finished by adding some simple dots on then other "petals".
One thing i didnt capture in this picture is that i added yellow paint in the center.
Some suggestions are adding a crystal or sparkles. -

After i was done painting i glued the flower onto a head band.
And tadda your done and you have a cute hair accessory.
