You Will Need

Step 1draw in image and cut it out
-
Step 2lay down about in inch of packaging tape,sticky side down and put your cut out image on top.
-
Step 3either put another layer of tape on top or put on strips of reguler tape
-
Step 4
cut around the edge making sure NOT to cut right next to it because it will come out
-
Step 5
stick it on something.........
