Using a sock to make a doll
I love sock dolls and I love to make them too.
Sock dolls are easy to make and can be very creative. ^_^
I will like to teach you how to make a doll using a sock.

Step 1Prepare a sock.

Step 2Turn the inner side of the sock out and place like the image shown.

Step 3Use a pencil to mark the line. This part if for the head and ears of the owl.

Step 4Sew along the line that marked earlier.

Step 5Cut away the top. Leave 5mm away from the line that sew.

Step 6Cut away the bottom(toes)part of the sock.

Step 7Turn the sock back.

Step 8Fill the sock with cotton and shape it.

Step 9Sew the bottom to close it.

Step 10This is how it look after closing the bottom.

Step 11Now, cut two pieces of felt cloth for the eyes and a small piece for the mouth. Clue them. Sew the eyes and the feather.
My little owl is BORN~
I stitch the feather on. For the bottom, use the straight stitch pull and close it, but you will need to do a few more stitch across to let it close nicely before you knot the end. ^_^;
