Step 1Print out the template above and cut out the pieces.

Step 2Start by cutting out the owl's body from floral fabric.

Step 3Cut the wings, back of the body and nose from coloured dark felt and the face from white felt.

Step 4Lay the wings, face and nose out on the owl body.

Step 5Place two pearly buttons on top for eyes.

Step 6Sew in place with black embroidery thread, in an up and down line to look like pupils.

Step 7Sew some seed beads on to the wings for decoration.

Step 8The front of your owl is ready to go.

Step 9Stitch a brooch back on to the middle of the back body part.

Step 10Place the front and back of the body together and stitch around the outside.

Step 11Fill with stuffing and stitch closed.

Step 12Your owl is ready... so sew a whole flock of them!
