I saw this on kraftfood.com but didn't think it would be any good, so I tried making it & I was oh so wrong... This pancake was so fantastic!!

    First I sliced up some strawberries then added some sugar and left it in the fridge so the juices could start flowing!!

    I gathered up all my ingredients
    milk, eggs, salt, melted butter, flour oh and sugar which isn't in the picture (sorry)

    Then I sprayed a skillet with vegetable oil and put it in a 400 degree oven while I mixed up the ingredients just so that the skillet can get hot

    Everything goes into the bowl minus the flour. You have to mix a little then add a little flour & so on & so on, mix till creamy.

    pour into skillet then place into oven and wait....
    and wait...
    and wait.....
    and wait.......

    after about 20 minutes (depending on your oven, they say between 18 to 20 minutes)

    I know it looks kinda funny but the tastes makes up for it.

    Now the best part, take it out of the skillet and place on a plate and decorate with the strawberries, some syrup & lots of powdered sugar!!

Oh these are super good tiny. If you use a muffin pan instead you'll get "popovers" which actually look even more like yorkshire pudding lol. theyre great with a bit of powdered sugar and cinnamon instead of fruit or normal syrup Happy Thanks for reminding me about these Happy

Rebecca R. It rises like that in the skillet while in the oven, if you don't have a skillet you can also use a pie dish and get the same affect =)
