These are insanely good! I took a Martha recipe and switched it up to make it more user friendly! I didn't want to spend 30 minutes over a double boiler! This version whips up quick, and gets eaten even quicker!

- 4 ounce Chocobake or other pre-melted unsweetened Chocolate
- 4 tbsp unsalted Butter , melted
- 0.6 cup all-purpose Flour , spooned and leveled
- 0.5 tsp Baking Powder
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 2 large Egg(s)
- 0.75 cup packed light- Brown Sugar
- 0.5 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 package (12 ounces) semisweet Chocolate Chips / chunks

Gather your ingredients:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Whisk chocolate and butter in a small bowl. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla on high speed until light and fluffy. Reduce speed to low; beat in chocolate. Mix in flour mixture until just combined. Stir in chocolate chunks.

Drop heaping tablespoons of dough 2 to 3 inches apart onto baking sheets. Bake, rotating sheets halfway through, until cookies are shiny and crackly yet soft in centers, 12 to 15 minutes. Cool on sheets 10 minutes; with a thin metal spatula, transfer to racks to cool completely.
