The origami ball is called "Sweet Spring Kusudama" by Natalia Romanenko (youtube: 1petitesorciere). Trust me; the picture doesn't do the actual origami justice. It looks better in real life. :)
I randomly created the wire stand for it; the idea just formed in my head one day when I was thinking. It was tricky, and I had to add wire sometimes to patch up weak spots, but it turned out nicely.
