Fold diagonally, keeping white side hidden.

Make superimposed folds, first on middle height...

... finishing with the head

Now bend back the left side, over the line from the middle of lowest edge to the left side of head

Bend back to the left the upper part of the wing (right in the middle)

Now bend the rest of the wing forwards till the line defined on step "4"

Fold it again in the middle

Unfold steps "6" and "7" and you'll have left wing ready.

Repeat steps "4" to "8" to make right wing

Fold back the 1st layer of the head. (about 1/2 of it)
Fold forward the 2nd layer of the head.
(about 1/3 of it)
The white from the back of the paper will form the fangs.
