Based on Batty's awesome Dear Deer Ears (http://www.cutoutandkeep.net/projects/dear_deer_ears_2) these were for my Halloween costume - an Orc Shadowrunner (from the RPG Shadowrun)

The hardest part was attaching the ears to the barettes. I ended up punching holes in the barettes, so I could sew they securely. And then I smothered them in hot glue :)
