My Dad loves dark chocolate so I made him this cake for his birthday.

Whisk together the eggs and sugar until light fluffy and then add the vanilla.

Sieve together the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a separate bowl and then combine with the sugar and egg mixture.
Melt down the butter with the milk and then add to your mixture.

Place in to greased baking tins and bake in an oven set to 350' for 10 minutes. Leave to cool.

Melt down the chocolate and cover both tops of the cake. Leave the chocolate set.

Cover the bottom half in marmalade.

Place the second half on top and it's ready to eat.
