Oogie Boogie from The Nightmare Before Xmas
I made Oogie from some old T-shirts. He is also stuffed with T-shirts. I think he came out pretty well with his cute little spider and in the 3rd picture you can see his seams splitting and his bugs coming out. The bugs are just fabric pen.
