Find a pair of well fitting panties . place them on the fabric and outline them with chalk

Cut out a strip that fita around your body enough for you to tie twice in the back . also make sure that it can fit over your bust comfortably . were going to be folding it in half . so make sure if it folds in half it can fit over your bust

Measure the front of your body around your waist area . now cut the measurement in half . from that measurement use it as the width and cut two strips that look like the picture.

pin and sew the seams on the panties part it should look like the picture

pin and sew the seams to the legs .

Measure from your waist to your underbust . use that measurement and cut the two strips from earlier to that length. Fold the right sides together then pin and sew .

on the upperbust piece that we cut out earlier , find the middle of the fabric and draw a line with the chalk stright down the middle

sew elastic down the line you just made . make sure that you pull the elastic as you sew or else it wont have the rouched/elastic effect that were looking for

Fold the right sides together then pin and sew

Now take the strips that we cut under the but and pin rightside to rightside inside the panties. The bigger part (half waist width) should be at the bottom. it should be an inch from the middle of the panties .

Inbetween the front strips that you sewed. fold down the waist and sew

On the back of the panties there should be part of the waist that isnt sewed . Put some elastic in the waistband and sew

on the top of the underbust strips pin and sew the bust piece

Flip the swimsuit rightside out and try it on ! Mine was a little too big because i sewed by eye but if you follow step by step and measure correctly it shouold fit perfectly :D
