Find yourself any kind of paper. The more colors that better! I found mine at the 99 Cent Store. Cut the paper in half (this gives you more sheets)

Embelish your paper using stamps. I made my stamps in order to give the stationary a unique touch. (I have a tutorial for stamp making).

You can also use a corner punch or embellisher on your paper to add to the flare.
