I did this with one of my old shirts that was to small that I didn't want to get rudolf, thank god I didnt cause it worked perfectly!

Yeah, I always use to wear it with tights anyway and put the upper edge into them

Cool, I've done this a few times, though I taper the top of the skirt to fit my hips so it doesn't fall down
