I created these gorgeous glam glitter platforms from a pair of busted Montreal lolita shoes. I've had these shoes sitting in the back of my closet for almost 3 years now; they really weren't my style anymore. With a little paint, glitter, and rhinestones they are ready to wear again.

What you'll need:
A pair of shoes
E6000
Leather Paint or a Paint that will flex while you wear the shoes
Rhinestones
Glitter
Modge Podge
Sealer/spray varnish/ clear coat -

First, make any needed repairs, as you can see, I needed to fix the sole.

Next, paint the shoe with a flexible paint. Allow to dry before continuing.

Affix the glitter to the platform of the shoe with modge podge. Allow to dry.

Add rhinestones using the E6000. Allow to dry.

Spray with a clear coat and allow to dry.
