Found this plain wooden bangle on sale in Crazy Clarks (one of those cheap warehouse type stores for those who don't get them) discounted from $7 to $1.60! Didn't care much for the design of the frangipanis on it so I got to work in photoshop testing different designs.

I love the artwork in Okami (even if I'm yet to play it through) so thought I'd base it on that. The design in the middle of the was printed out from an image of Yuzen Washi Japanese paper. Okami was also printed out and glued on. I actually ended using Hi-Res paper to print on as the image came out much smoother. Used red paint, black paint and a gold pen for a trim.
I'm actually still in need of something to make it water tight.
