Don't spend alot of money on designer ones, don't wait for them to naturally rip, do it this way!!!!

Take your pointy object of doom and poke nylons, wiggle around till you get a run.

Get your snip snips and well, snip a hole.

Pull the hole, but not too much.

Pinch parts of the run, to make them longer.

Now it's time for the fun part....the neked part. Haha, take off your nylons, do a little dance because your almost done. Place the holes you've created over your hand. One at a time.

Then apply the clear nail polish around the holes, and at each end of the runs. TADA! Your done...well it has to dry first.
