I embroidered this with the intention of keeping it framed in the hoop to use as a wall decoration. I cut around the hoop with pinking shears (a.k.a. zigzag scissors). I think it came out pretty well.

Hehe, I have a pair of socks with a picture of a deer and "oh deer" written on them. Makes me giggle every time I see them. :) And lovely embroidery too!
