There are many ways you can create this octopus, I used the most basic way as an example.

Cut your yarn into 24 equal pieces, around 28 inches long.

Arrange your pieces of yarn and fold them in half, then tie a small piece of yarn around the middle.
This will go on the top of the head. -
Place the middle of the yarn on the top of the head and bring the yarn around the ball and tie it off with a string.

Separate the yarn ends into equal pieces, braid them into eight separate legs and tie them off.

Once everything is tied off use fabric glue to attach the eyes, you can also glue on a button mouth!
