My friend's birthday is coming up and I decided to make a nyan cat plushie for her. I couldn't find bugle beads or anything else to use for the sprinkles so I used cut off felt instead because I didn't want the frosting to be bare. It was a good idea to use velcro, because I loved the fact that you can take off the rainbow anytime you want. It was actually my first time sewing a plushie, so thanks Sarah for the awesome tutorial that I could follow through! ^-^>
