I saw a variation of this on chocolatechipped.com! I am also planning to do this with Oreo's.

Take out your handy food processor and grind up a whole pack of Nutter Butter cookies.

Put a whole package of cream cheese into a bowl and beat it.

Slowly add the Nutter Butter grounds to the cream cheese and mix'em together. Add a little bit a vanilla and a dash of cinnamon for some umph!

Roll these into little balls and put them in the fridge to chill.

Then take these bad boys and cover them in chocolate.. I used milk chocolate, but I'm thinking something with a higher percentage of cacao for bitterness will work out better to off balance how sweet these things are! Maybe even semi-sweet chocolate chips melted down would be pretty awesome! Try to get in two dips for a thicker shell.

awww... I'm sorry. it's an American cookie.. It comes from the same company as Oreos. This truffle would work well with any type of ground up cookie.
Here's what a nutter butter is

i gave them to a friend for her birthday and she didn't want to share them around because she liked them so much! About 10 people also asked for the recipe
