You Will Need

Step 1Add all dry cake ingredients & combine.

Step 2Add eggs, butter milk, vanilla & veg oil together.
Mix well.

Step 3Add wet to dry ingredients.
Mix well.

Step 4Add boiling water to rest of the cake ingredients & combine.

Step 5Divided into 2x8" tins.
Bake in oven at 300 / 150, for 25 mins or until the cakes are cooked through.

Step 6Allow the cakes to cool completely.
Make up the icing....
Beat butter & Nutella together.

Step 7Slowly add 4 cups icing sugar beat until smooth.
Add 2-3 tbsp milk.
Add last cup of icing sugar & more milk if needed.

Step 8Layer the cakes & icing together.

Step 9Make the ganache...
Heat cream in microwave until just boiling.
Add chocolate chips & cover with cling film.
Leave for 5-7 mins.

Step 10Whisk the cream & chocolate together until smooth.
Allow to sit & thicken for a few mins.

Step 11Pour over the cake & allow to set.

Step 12Decorate as you like.
