Got this wonderful recipe from a friend, improvised it and
made this cake for my boyfriend's birthday! <3
Note: I can't seem to update the amount for flour.
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour.
Preheat oven to 200`c
Bring a saucepan of water to a boil. Place butter in a heatproof mixing bowl and place over the simmering water. Stir occasionally until melted. Remove from the heat, add the bittersweet chocolate and whisk smooth.
Whisk the sugar into the chocolate mixture. Add the eggs all at once and whisk until combined. Do not overmix. Whisk in the flour and salt.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake the cake for 25 mins.
Cool the cake on a rack, then wrap and refrigerate it in the pan.
Remove the cake 2 hours later and coat well with nutella. Icing goes on top if you wish! :)
