  Step 1

  First get a ribbon bow and take away the ribbon! Then when its all nakey you need to make him a new outfit!

  Make a circle on the fabric black fabric. no dont get too carried around now yah hear>? Cause if you end up drawing a masterpiece and for get all about your original inetension. Be sure to trace the top circle.

  Step 3

  then get another piece of fabric and sew it to the line of the circle.

  Then repeat on other side. i found it easier if you sew it while on the card board because its easier with a structure behind it!

• Step 6

  since i dont have a pic of the finished product yet youll have to dealk with nothing1 enjoy your lovly hat! and declare foul play at people
